Custom Filling - SCBA and SCUBA Cylinders

Everitt Consulting and Safety Inc. can now custom fill both SCBA and SCUBA cylinders. Our 4700 psi Bauer compressor will fill your cylinders with certified air to ensure that the quality of air you are breathing meets the most stringent guidelines.

Prior to filling your cylinders, they will be checked to ensure that they meet current hydrostatic test and cylinder life cycle requirements. Cylinders that fail to meet these requirements or have obvious signs of damage will not be filled.

If you are in the process of forming a new team, or reorganizing an existing team, Everitt Consulting and Safety Inc. can assist you with developing a training strategy that will best fit your team and the expectations of your organization.

Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing

Everitt Consulting and Safety Inc. is pleased to offer quantitative fit test services utilizing a TSI PORTACOUNT Pro+ 8038 fit testing instrument. Fit testing for full face respirators and SCBA facepieces require quantitative testing only.  This level of protection requires a 'fit factor' of 500+, and only a quantitative instrument can generate this level of analysis (the qualitative approach results in a maximum assumed fit factor of 100).  Both NFPA and CSA standards are clear in this requirement.

No other respirator fit tester can quantitatively fit test all types of respirators—gas masks, SCBAs, respirators, even N95 disposable (filtering-facepiece) respirators. The PORTACOUNT® Pro+ 8038 Respirator Fit Tester eliminates the guesswork associated with tedious and error-prone qualitative fit test methods. If the mask requires fit testing, count on the PORTACOUNT Pro+ 8038 fit tester to provide the fastest, easiest and best OSHA-compliant fit test method.
